I’ve promised blog comebacks before, held to them for a few months, then stopped. This one, is probably the same. I have been brought to this state after much insistence from a few people, and the fact that i just survived my busiest week at CMU yet.
I’m going to keep my thoughts no new tech stuff, any latest happens ( ex: OMG I just bought a country), Cool things I might have made lately, life at a CMU undergrad etc etc.
Now let me think what to post about.

Godspeed.

From John Gruber’s Twitter feed :
The next Y2K-type widespread bug is going to involve gas pump displays with hard-coded decimal points that don’t go past $9.999/gallon.
Hilarious.

Its been a while since a movie has been so hyped, so talked about and looked so cool. But its been even longer since one of those movies has delivered what was promised. Iron man was glitzy and predictable. Wall-e was good but not what I wanted. Christopher Nolan does not fail to deliver with the Dark Knight. With the late Legder’s fantastic Joker, Bale’s deep-toned, dark Batman to Eckhart’s Dent - the Gotham DA/two-face, the acting was great ( Except Racheal Dawes ). Morgan Freeman in his super tiny roles, oh and I love commissioner Gordon.
As the Joker wreaks havoc on the streets of Gotham, Batman faces an enemy he can’t predict. No spoilers here… but if you want to see a good movie, this is it.
It has a 9.7/10 on imdb with over 4500 votes and its not even out yet. Less reason to put full faith in IMDb.
Of Course this will stabilize and come down when the movie has actually been released. They say its the biggest movie of the year ( maybe two)… well I have my tickets booked.

Okay.. the iPhone app store is awesome and all but I feel like apple is trying to sell apps like music.
12 of my apps just got updates and I have no way to see the release notes for each new version, so I dont know what bugs were fixed or features added. Now you can expect developers to post on their website but having that integrated in iTunes would be awesome.
I should stop posting just about the iPhone now… Look what nice weather!
